All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where applicable)

Shipping options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address information submitted during checkout.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and supporting images

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Zora&Zinc ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping rates, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes, and import fees will be displayed during checkout.

International customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's authorities.
